Transfers
You are more than welcome to transfer your prescriptions to Lowry Drug Company from another pharmacy. Please e-mail or call us directly at 704-873-2247. Have the following information handy when you call:
- Your date of birth
- Pharmacy Name and Phone number from which you are transferring the prescription
- The name of the medication
- Your prescription number
- Prescribing doctor's name and phone number
If you have insurance that covers this medication, please be prepared to provide the name and telephone number of your insurance company. We will also need your ID number, group number and the card holder's name.
