Minerals have been separated into two groups: bulk (major) & trace. Calcium, magnesium, sulfur, chlorine, sodium, potassium & phosphorus are considered "bulk (major) minerals.” Trace minerals include but are not limited to: boron, chromium, copper, germanium, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, silicon, sulfur, vanadium & zinc.
