There are different types of eczema depending on their causes and where they occur on the body. Eczema can

be due to allergies, allergies secondary to digestive disorders such as hydrochloric acid deficiency, rashes

secondary to immune diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, or nutritional deficiencies. Eczema is best treated

internally as the cause is usually a constitutional one.

Arsenicum Album 30X - Eczema. Skin like parchment. Eruptions, papular, dry, rough, scaly, worse cold

and scratching. Itching, burning, swellings, edema. Pimples, vesicles, burning violently. Urticaria with

burning and restlessness.

Calcarea Carbonica 30X – Psoriasis. Nettle rash, better in cold air. Petechial eruptions. Chilblains. Boils.

Blood boils, recurring. Small wounds do not heal readily.

Graphites 30X – Eczema. Dry, rough, irritable, that breaks easily and exudes a gluey moisture, worse in

folds and slow to heal. Eruptions worse from heat. Moist, crusty eruptions, oozing out a sticky exudation.

Rawness in bends of limbs, groins, neck, behind ears. Unhealthy skin, every little injury suppurates.

Mercurius Solubilis 30X – Vesicular and pustular eruptions. Yellow skin, tender, excoriated like raw meat.

Itching, worse from warmth of bed. Moist eczema. Crusta lactea, with yellowish-brown crusts,

considerable suppuration.

Mezereum 30X – Eruptions, ooze, acrid, gluey moisture, form thick crusts, scabs with pus beneath or chalky

white. Eczema. Intolerable, itching, worse by warm bath, worse in bed. Ulcers itch and burn, surrounded

by vesicles and shining, fiery-red areola. Herpes zoster with burning pain.

Rhus Toxicodendron 30X – Poison ivy, oak. Red, swollen, itching intense. Shingles, Herpes zoster.

Burning eczematous eruptions with tendency to scale formation.

Sepia 30X – Blotched, raw, rough, hard or cracked, worse flexures. Thick crusts on elbows. Ulcers on

small joints. Ringworm in isolated spots. Itching, not relieved by scratching, worse in bends of elbows and

knees. Urticaria, worse open air better warm room.

Sulphur 30X – Skin as if denuded and sore. Dry, scaly, unhealthy, every little injury suppurates. Itching,

voluptuous, violent, worse at night, heat of bed, scratching and washing. Burning when scratched, painfully

sensitive to air, wind, washing. Cracks. Eczema. Ulcers.
