Shipping Charges—Taxes and Title
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
We want you to be completely satisfies with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy to check for special return conditions that may apply to your item.
Some manufactures and or products have a NO RETURN POLICY due to either sanitary and or state regulations. Some items may also be subject to a restocking fee to return new products. Returns will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). To request a RA#, please contact a customer service representative by calling 704-873-2247 or by e-mailing us at email@example.com Items that have been used and or items that are "sealed" by the manufacturer that have been opened can not be returned. Items must be in the original manufactures packaging and in resalable condition. If an item is found to be defective, please contact our customer service center as soon as possible. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping.
