Conventional prescriptions are usually filled the same day. Compounded prescriptions may take longer. Please order compounded prescriptions three (3) weekdays before they are needed. If you are a mail order customer, please allow seven (7) days as shipping delivery times vary. We will strive to fill your order promptly.

Transfers

If you have insurance that covers this medication, please be prepared to provide the name and telephone number of your insurance company. We will also need your ID number, group number, the card holder's name and date of birth.

New Prescriptions

Information

We ship compounded prescriptions via the US Postal Service at no charge to the customer. Compounded prescriptions valued at greater than $100 are shipped, signature required, via Fed Ex or UPS at no charge. Regular prescriptions with insurance coverage are mailed for a charge of $3.75. Fed Ex Ground shipping for prescriptions is $7.00. Regular prescriptions valued at over $100 retail are shipped, signature required, via Fed Ex or UPS for a charge of $9.00. Next day or overnight shipping for prescriptions is available for $17.00.
